Characterized EV lots, produced and shipped on demand
For groups that don't want to build their own EV culture and isolation infrastructure, we produce, isolate, and ship characterized EV lots. Every lot ships with a full MISEV2023-aligned characterization packet. Working stocks, dose-escalation studies, and recurring shipments supported.
Standard producer cell lines
HEK293T, MSCs (bone marrow, adipose, umbilical cord), common cancer cell lines (HeLa, MDA-MB-231, B16, etc.), and immortalized epithelial / endothelial lines. Held as inventory or produced on order.
Custom producer lines (yours)
Ship us your cell line. We scale, harvest in vesicle-depleted conditioned media, isolate by SOP, and characterize per MISEV2023. We sign appropriate MTAs / NDAs up front.
Engineered / loaded EVs
Surface-engineered (e.g., affinity tag display), cargo-loaded (siRNA, mRNA, small molecules), and dye-labeled EVs for trafficking studies. Engineering plan is reviewed in a scoping call.
Format & cold-chain
Delivered in buffer, frozen, or lyophilized - your choice. Shipped on dry ice with a chain-of-custody log and a per-lot Certificate of Analysis.
Per-lot characterization packet
Every shipped lot includes: NTA + RPS particle count and sizing, marker panel by single-EV flow + Western, particle:protein ratio, TEM image set, EV-TRACK ID, and a MISEV2023 checklist.
Recurring & scale-up
For groups with ongoing programs we run recurring lots on a monthly or quarterly cadence with lot-to-lot QC reporting. Scale-up planning supported up to the limits of our culture footprint.
