Sample preparation is run in-house so the data quality holds at the next step. Downstream omics are executed in collaboration with the UC Davis Genome Center (proteomics, small RNA / miRNA) and the West Coast Metabolomics Center (lipidomics, metabolomics). One project ID, one point of contact, one invoice.

EV proteomics

LC-MS/MS and DIA proteomics on isolated EV preps via the UC Davis Genome Center. Sample prep, BCA, and EV-side QC handled at the Core.

miRNA & small RNA-seq

Small RNA library prep and sequencing for EV cargo profiling and biomarker discovery, coordinated through the UC Davis Genome Center.

Lipidomics & metabolomics

EV lipidome and metabolite profiling in collaboration with the West Coast Metabolomics Center. Pre-analytical workflow optimized at our end.
